The photographer

My friends all refer to me as the 'designated photographer', because I am always asking people to freeze for just a quick second so I can take their picture. To me, photographs are a way to freeze a moment so you are able to relive it again in the future. When you have a photo album, or even when you are looking through photos on your computer, you are giving yourself the ability to relive all of those special moments again. For some, photographs are a way to remember the love of a lost one. Others may look at a photograph and will recall the sounds of singing and laughter at a birthday party. Whatever the reason behind the photograph, it is an instant portal into your past, where you can have a short escape into a memory that you hold close to you.
